Valuation desk — whole site

What is my website worth?

A domain valuation prices the name. This estimates what the operating website built on it would sell for — audience, earnings and the name together — and shows where every figure came from.

Public pages only, read the way any visitor would — nothing behind a login.

Inside the report

Seven sections about an operating business.

The same kind of document the domain tool produces, and a longer one: a website has an audience, earnings and a buyer. Every figure is shown with where it came from — observed, inferred or reported — and the sources it was read from are listed at the end.

How the estimates are calculated
  1. 01

    Audience

    Inferred

Monthly visits, with the request popularity, link authority, published footprint and operating history underneath.

  2. 02

    Earnings

    Inferred

Monthly revenue and owner earnings, modelled from the audience estimate and the revenue prior for this kind of business.

  3. 03

    Sale multiple

    Benchmark

The published marketplace band for the business model, and every adjustment applied to it, itemised.

  4. 04

    The name alone

    Modelled

The domain valued on its own, standing under the estimate as a floor rather than being added on top of it.

  5. 05

    Standing & reputation

    Model recall

What the model already knows about the site — reputation, market position, trajectory, reach and known risks. Trajectory, position and reputation adjust the sale multiple; each effect is itemised in section 03.

  6. 06

    What a buyer would weigh

    Extracted

The claims the site makes about itself, and what observed risks would make it harder to transfer.

  7. 07

    Sources and confidence

Every source consulted, what each one answered, and how far the evidence actually supports the figure.

Two questions, two tools

A name and the website running on it are different assets, and they sell in different markets. The desk values both.

The name alone

What is the domain worth?

For domain investors, and for anyone holding a name with nothing built on it. Three sale-channel estimates — fast sale, marketplace, brokered — modelled from reported domain sales. No live site required.

What would the site sell for?

For owners, buyers and the curious. The audience, revenue and owner earnings are estimated from public evidence, a sale multiple is applied, and the name's own value stands underneath as a floor.

The report covers

  • The transferable website and the earnings attached to it
  • The domain name's own value, reported separately
  • How easily the whole thing would transfer to a new owner

It does not cover

  • Stock, equipment, staff, contracts or cash
  • Revenue the website did not generate
  • What one unusually motivated buyer might pay

Without operating figures the estimate is modelled from public evidence, and the range is wide on purpose. Supplying real revenue and profit narrows it more than anything else.
