Data Retention

For newsletter subscribers, we retain your click and open data through our newsletter platform, Mailcoach. We use the self-hosted version of Mailcoach, which stores all data on our servers. Mailcoach is GDPR compliant.

All of the data you provide to us is stored securely on our servers. We take precautions to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Our servers are hosted in the USA (on Digital Ocean), and backups are stored in the same region.

Access, Update, and Deletion of Personal Information

You can request the deletion of your personal information by emailing us at hello@humbleworth.com. We will delete your data from Mailcoach, which has this functionality.

Age Restrictions

We do not enforce age restrictions for our newsletter signup. Our newsletter is free for anyone to sign up.

Data Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected newsletter subscribers via email. We do not store passwords.

Data Transfer and Third Parties

We do not transfer user data to other countries. We do not share user data with third parties, and we currently have no plans to sell HumbleWorth.

Employee and Contractor Compliance

HumbleWorth is a one-person operation. All work done by contractors, such as design work, is completed independently and without access to user data.
